Blood & Oil play last weekend

"THE AUDIENCE IS HOOKED.........
. Just about every scene will leave you asking 'What the hell?' -- and that's not a bad thing. As a mystery, BLOOD & OIL is no doubt a success..." -Jersey City Independent

Early Riser Thursday April 26th at 7 pm
Friday-Saturday at 8 pm/Sunday at 3 pm
The Andrew C. Rhode Theater in the Barrow Mansion
 83 Wayne St. Jersey City

Featuring:
LEAH BRETT / ART DELO/ ERIN FLANAGAN LIND
 HANK MORRIS / JUDITH MOSS

THE STORY: Set in a shabby cottage on the coast of Maine, Blood & Oil is the wicked tale of a family's unraveling secrets and the choices that haunt them. Fraternal twins, Allison and Madeline Wickham, reconnect on their birthday -- and the anniversary of their mother's death -- by visiting a local psychic together. Once they arrive at Miss Daja's Sitting Room, however, a young runaway becomes a conduit to a bitter family history the sisters' father kept hidden from them and Miss Daja's own grim secret is unearthed in the process.

Be A Part Of The Show!

Friends of the Loew's Event Volunteers do everything from selling the tickets to making the popcorn to showing patrons to their seats and cleaning up the theatre afterwards. If you are interested in joining us this weekend or at any other event this season, email us at loewsjersey@gmail.com or call us at (201) 798-6055.

There will be an especially warm sense of camaraderie for those who help us in making sure the show does go on this weekend. As always, volunteers can bring a guest to help, pick a complimentary selection from our concession stand, and after the crowd is in and the film begins, they can enjoy the show. We do ask, however, that volunteers stay 30-40 minutes after the final show the help us clean up.
