The Village Neighborhood Association, with support from 4th Street Arts, is hosting its second annual Village Art & Flea Market from 11 am to 6 pm at the intersection of 4th Street and Newark Avenue. The event will feature an array of local artists’ works, local bands and delicious food from local vendors.
